Meet the founders

Sabrina Siobhan & Francine Marie 

We bring our skillset together in a shared passion and mission to support women to lead their best lives and to experience their power and potential.   We believe that supporting women to share their full presence will shape our world positively.  

Sometimes we need to heal, to reassemble ourselves after hard experiences and find community before we can step into our power and thrive. 

That’s why we created SoulLuma and Cap Intérieur, our nonprofit for women — offering an accessible and empowering approach that combines healing, mind-body transformation, mindset training, creative development, and purpose-led growth, all designed to help women create their path forward with clarity and confidence.

OUR ONLINE MEMBERSHIP

Our Membership offers 4 live online sessions per month to enhance and practice meditation and self-healing skills. Members have access to an extensive library of recordings, including workshops and guided meditations for all levels. Join in the fun and regain inner peace!

Cap Intérieur non-profit for women
Cap Intérieur is a registered non-profit charity based in France with an international mission to support women affected by physical abuse, psychological control, emotional trauma, and difficult life transitions. Through training, workshops, and supportive practices, we help women rebuild confidence, reconnect with themselves, and create a safe and empowered next chapter.
Cap Intérieur is SoulLuma’s commitment to creating meaningful and lasting change in the world.

30% of your tuition to SoulLuma Changemakers goes directly to our non-profit Cap Intérieur and will pay for training for a woman who has experienced toxic relational dynamics and is rebuilding her self and her life with the training Cap Intérieur provides free of charge.

At SoulLuma School we understand that personal and spiritual development is a journey, not a destination. 

Perhaps you start your exploration with SoulLuma in a workshop or enjoy one of our podcasts, or maybe we first meet you when you come to one of our City Workshops.  Sooner or later after understanding the SoulLuma ethos and enjoying the community, you discover that it's a match for you, you've found your tribe and you want to grow and evolve in new and powerful ways. 

You can take Intuitive Energy Skills Training - a foundational program that trains you in techniques  such as perceiving energy and healing techniques. These are life changing skills that you use every day as you go through your life making soul aligned intuitive decisions and manifest your creations with more ease and effectiveness. 

Then you deepen your connection with your higher self, energy anatomy, body and heart wisdom as you journey through our Presence Training program. Here you learn to heal the blocks and limits that have held you back from your purpose or your true authentic life. You create and build your presence and empower your conscious creativity.

The next level takes you to Vision to Action program where together with like minded purposeful souls you weave all your new skills and embodied presence into the mastery of your creative energy. Here you undergo advanced training, and begin to turn your Vision into Action by building a thriving life with the help of a mastermind group with hands on steps and actions along with support, feedback and challenges.   One to one sessions are always available to you.

Either way, once you graduate, we want to see you succeed and make your unique soul contribution to the world.
