Presence Training synthesizes self development, spirituality and creative process.  Through learning how to be more present energetically, emotionally, mentally and physically you will gain a deeper understanding of how we create our own reality & how to heal and empower yourself. 

Energy awareness, consciousness and the process of creating is our niche expertise.  In Presence Training you will meet aspects of yourself that are beyond your usual expectation and be able to draw upon your soul's own ancient wisdom.

Presence is a language in itself . You will learn valuable tools that can be used in many aspects of your own life, your creative practice, performance, sports, teaching, entrepreneurial path and more.

    All SoulLuma training programs include membership to The Inner Courtyard during the period of enrollment. Students are encoraged to attend all IC classes to help them develop their energy practices and integrate their growth and changes. Being in community working energy together is FUN!
    Each student is given access to our amazing treasure house of an     archive of more than 150 recordings by our wonderful teaching staff. The Inner Courtyard LIVE sessions are organized in these themes below. These themes are central to the SoulLuma ethos and pillars of our teaching of conscious creativity. Under each theme you will find sessions and recordings that help you EMBODY, support you bringing your PRESENCE to your work and life, empower your INTUITION and CREATE and manifest your contribution to the world.

    Every MONDAY, another LIVE workshop is held. The recording is added to the archive for your learning enjoyment if you can’t attend in person. This practice gives you access to our teachers for 4 extra classes per month and on a weekly basis whether youchoose to attend the LIVE sessions or do the classes at your own pace, via the recordings.

    The next level takes you to Creative Energy Mastery where together with like minded purposeful souls you weave all your new skills and embodied presence into the mastery of your creative energy. Here you undergo advanced training, and begin to turn your vision into action by building a thriving life with the help of a mastermind group with hands on steps and actions along with support, feedback and challenges.
